About Us
Established in 1955.
Thomas Gianni Sr. was born in Waterbury, CT in 1929 to Carmen and Lilia Gianni. Around 1955 he started working for himself building many custom homes in the Waterbury area. His skills as a craftsman and carpenter, however, kept him in the field of remodeling. Thomas' sons Tom Jr. and Carmen started working with their father after graduating from Kaynor Tech School, thus creating Thomas Gianni & Sons, Inc. Tom Sr. retired in 1985 and his sons took over; Tom Jr. as President and Carmen as Vice President. Since then the business has grown to be one of the most commonly known remodeling and construction companies in the Greater Waterbury area. Thomas Gianni & Sons has also expanded North to Torrington, West to Danbury, East to Middletown, and South to New Haven. Our business has expanded from residential remodeling to also include Gas Stations, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Industrial Factories, Offices, and Site Work.
